Activity plan report for the zoo’s Networks for Nature project
We were appointed to help support the team to create the final written activity plan report for the zoo’s Networks for Nature project. The team had undertaken extensive research, consultation and developed ideas for activities but needed help to pull it together into a clear and strategic plan that would meet the Heritage Fund criteria. The team at Headland got stuck in and helped to write the Activity Plan, action plan and associated appendices for the project which secured £4million for a project that will deliver conservation for local nature and improved wellbeing for local communities.
